Announcement

Yesterday, the originator Swisscard AECS GmbH (“Swisscard”) informed the Issuer that American Express Swiss Holdings GmbH (“Amex”) has completed the previously announced acquisition of UBS Switzerland AG’s (“UBS”) 50% stake in Swisscard. Amex is now the sole owner of Swisscard.
